The OpenNet Initiative [1] will be hosting a cocktail reception to celebrate the release of its new book, Access Controlled: The Shaping of Power, Rights, and Rule in Cyberspace. The reception will be held on Friday evening, May 7 at 7:30 pm at the Hotel Fundador in Santiago.
The book offers six substantial chapters that analyze Internet control in both Western and Eastern Europe and a section of shorter regional reports and country profiles drawn from material gathered by the ONI around the world through a combination of technical interrogation and field research methods.
